Honor is holding a flash sale on its Honor 9 smartphone in the UK for one day only, with the handset now available for £299, instead of the regular price of £379. This represents a £80 saving for a smartphone that we found to be the most stylish handset you could buy in the UK for under £400.

Besides having a stunning 3D curved glass rear panel, the Honor 9 also features a 5.2-inch IPS display with Full HD resolution, with Huawei's HiSilicon Kirin 960 octa-core processor under the hood along with 4GB RAM. There's a welcome 64GB of built-in storage that can be augmented via the included MicroSD card slot.

The Honor 9 has a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 12MP color sensor and a 20MP monochrome sensor with 2X Hybrid Zoom that is capable of taking some absolutely stunning photographs. On the front is an impressive 8MP sensor, while there is also a USB Type-C charging port as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. There is also a fingerprint reader on the front, just below the display.
