Android O Developer Preview 4 is out, and the official release is "coming soon" 3

We're nearing the arrival of Android O, and today Google released the final version of the developer preview.

Developers are being asked to upgrade to this “release candidate build” of Android O in order to complete app development and testing for the official release.

The Android O Developer Preview is available for the Pixel, Pixel C, Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, and Nexus Player. Those devices will also be first to get the software update for the official release this summer. If you're not actually a developer, we recommend just waiting a couple of weeks for Android O to go public.
