T-Mobile will kick off their Un-carrier 11 promotion on Monday, and it's arguably the most unique one yet. Instead of free data or earlier upgrades or anything actually related to the network, T-Mobile will be rewarding customers with company shares. Yep, now we'll have a carrier that offers stock options to paying customers.

The program, called Stock Up, is fairly simple, although you'll (obviously) need to be a T-Mobile customer to take advantage of it. The first round of shares will be awarded in a simple giveaway, and everything after that will be based on referrals. Currently, T-Mobile shares are sitting around $43 per share, which is not bad at all for a company that seems to continue to grow.

So, if you want to take advantage of things right away and you're already a T-Mobile postpaid subscriber, all you'll need to do is download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and sign up with Loyal3, which offers free stock investments. Afterwards, you'll be rewarded a single share, completely free.

Now if you want more than just that one share, you can help T-Mobile out by driving more customers to the carrier. For every person you refer, you'll get another share, with the small catch that they'll have to keep their line open for 15 days. T-Mobile's return period is 14 days, so this is just a fraud prevention measure. Customers can earn up to 99 shares per year doing this, and if you've been with T-Mobile for more than five years you'll earn shares twice as fast by receiving two shares instead of one for every referral.

Remember that T-Mobile Tuesdays app we mentioned earlier? You'll also be able to use that for more than just the free stock giveaway. The carrier will be offering up freebies every week, starting off with a two-topping Dominos pizza, a small Frosty at Wendy's, and a Vudu movie rental once per week. From where I'm sitting, that's worth about $6 for a pizza, a buck for the Frosty, and $2 to $3 bucks for the movie rental. $10 worth of free stuff four times a month is $40, which almost makes being a T-Mobile customer pay for itself. Hard to argue there.

If you're considering moving to T-Mobile, there really shouldn't be many things keeping you from taking advantage of the billion promotions and programs they're offering up.
