Here’s the back of the Nexus 9

I am sure you woke up this fine Monday morning saying to yourself, “Wouldn't it be nice to see the back of the Nexus 9?” Well you wish has come true, and guess what? It says “Nexus” on the back!! :-) Now there is a little bit of a letdown here. You are probably aware that HTC is making the device, which could mean a lot of metal. If that was your wish, I am sad to report that one won't come true.

The T1 codenamed tablet will have a matte plastic finish much like the Nexus 5. It might be a disappointment, but it can't be all that surprising since Google probably wants to keep the price down on this bad boy.

We could see the Nexus 9 as soon as next week. How much do you think it will cost? I am thinking around $349, but hopeful for $299.

Odd. I have a nexus 5 and I absolutely LOVE the matte plastic finish on the back… what makes it so wonderful to hold.
