As they indicated in an announcement a couple weeks ago, Google has started listing price ranges for in-app purchases in the descriptions for applications. The data is currently only available when viewing an app's listing using an Android smartphone or tablet. To find the information, you have to use the “Read more” link in the description section and then scroll down to the bottom where Google displays information about the application like the version number, last update, and size. The information is not showing up via desktop browsers yet.
For applications that have lots of possible options, like a game, the in-app purchases data will display the range. For instance, in Dead Trigger 2 the range is listed as $1.99 up to $99.99 per item. For an item that enables the purchase of a full version for a set price from within the app, like Volume Butler, the in-app purchase price listed will just be the cost of the upgrade instead of a range.
It is unclear just how useful this new data will be since there is no indication of what the in-app purchases get you. This is especially problematic for apps that have lots of different purchases available, like power-ups or extra features or new levels.

Update:
We are starting to see developer's addresses as well….

I’ll continue to avoid each and every “game” with in-app purchases like the plague they are.
Better than nothing.
This is stupid regulation, which brings nothing. Now every developer with in app will have at least one dummy item of 1 cent. How you know what items you really need?
