Madden NFL 12 is on sale for $0.99 in the Android Market

With SuperBowl XLVI so close that you can smell the sweat off anxious fans, EA has put its latest Madden installment on sale on the Android Market for $0.99. At $4 less than its usual retail price, some virtual NFL aficionados might rejoice, though some might still have a sour taste in their mouth from previous EA games not pulling the same weight their iOS counterparts have. Unfortunately the Android version of Madden 12 apple hasn’t fallen too far from the tree as some users are reporting download issues, on top of incompatibility with newer phones like the Galaxy Nexus.

All-in-all a buck isn’t too bad for an EA game, regardless of it’s flaws. Give it a shot and tell us if you run into any of the issues other users are reporting.
