Just a couple days ago we brought you some info on Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Arc HD. I am only adding Ericsson because the device has it printed on the front, who knows what will happen by launch time. Anyway, we got some better images for you and these ones show a little better close-up of the HD display.
The Xperia Arc HD is said to wear a 4.3-inch HD screen boasting a 720p resolution. I know it’s hard to tell how good the screen is based on these images but I imagine Sony would try to pull out all the stops for an upcoming flagship HD device, and with pixel density like that you can safely assume this thing looks damn good. Add that with the 1.5GHz dual-core processor and you have some serious competition for this month’s handset releases.
Although the photo shows the device running Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, it is still believed to ship with Ice Cream Sandwich. Given the phone is still months away from release this isn’t all that unbelievable. If it doesn’t, I’m sure it will see an update shortly after release.
So, whats your thoughts on this new HD device so far?
