We posted earlier today about the possibility of Froyo getting added into the OTA update that’s coming to the Droid Incredible, and it looks like it’s true. The Verizon Tech Support account on twitter, who don’t officially represent Verizon, has said that the Incredible should get Android 2.2 by the end of this month or early August. In related news, when asked about the original Droid and when it’s getting its Froyo goodness:
Looks like you Droid users will be seeing Froyo in early August as well! It’s good to see that Android 2.2 is getting pushed out to all these devices. You guys will love the speed increases that come from it
