Alto's Odyssey officially launches on the Play Store 3

Alto's Odyssey, the sequel to the critically acclaimed Alto's Adventure, launched earlier this year on iOS and the App Store. Fans of the original were happy, but on the Android side of the fence, we were left in the dark without the newer game. Good news for us, that wait is finally over.

Alto's Odyssey has officially launched on the Play Store, so all of us with Android devices can finally get in on the action.

The sequel is still pretty similar to the original, but there are new features worth mentioning. There are several new characters to unlock besides Alto, each with their own skills and abilities, and you'll find a peaceful Zen mode for a more relaxing experience. There's a photo mode, too, which you can use to take advantage of the all-new dynamic lighting engine. Seriously, the game looks fantastic.

The game is free and ad-supported, although there are some in-app purchases to knock out some of those ads if you're willing to pay for it. You can grab it at the download link below.
