Chromebook CB5

NVIDIA hasn't yet had one of its chips in a Chromebook, but there's a first for everything, right?

It looks like that first is coming now, as a listing for the Acer Chromebook CB5 has appeared on a Swedish retailer's site — Komplett.se.

The device sports a Tegra K1 CPU with 4GB RAM, a 32GB SSD and a 13.3-inch HD display. There will also be  the standard headphone jack, 2 USB 3.0 ports, and an ethernet port.

So how likely is this the real deal? While we can’t say with 100% certainty, the photos look legit. Since the listing was discovered the site has also pulled down pricing and spec details, though at least the images and product name remain.

Pricing and other spec information has been pulled from the listing, but stay tuned for more information on the new Chromebook — possibly it'll be unveiled at I/O next week.
