Incoming news from China this afternoon— some press images of a white Nexus 5, the iPad 5, and the iPad mini 2. It is expected that Apple announces the upcoming tablets on October 22nd.
If you're interested, it looks like the iPad 5 will have the Touch ID fingerprint scanner, while the iPad mini 2 will not— the mini will also not feature a Retina display.

Who ever made it payed a little more attention to detail than that as the flash and camera isn’t inverted. They did however forget to change the front facing camera back to black…..
That’s like saying that when you see a white car on the road, it’s actually a black car with inverted colors. Stupid. It’s the official white press rendering. Is it really that hard to believe that there is going to be a white Nexus 5? Wow.
It’s not hard to before believe they would make a white nexus, it’s just hard to believe they would make the front white as well since both the gnex and nexus 4 were only white on the back. With that said, I really hope this is for real, because I want it! :)
I have a white HTC One X which looks crazy good, but I think I am going to go for the black version of the Nexus 5. It looks better. Unfortunately, I’m probably not going to be able to see or feel the device before buying because it’ll be only available online in Australia (excluding expensive exclusivity arrangements).
I am in the exact same boat as you! haha Although I’m waiting until HTC releases their new phone before I choose to buy the nexus…..just incase :P
