Samsung's behemoth Galaxy Mega smartphone is slated for MetroPCS thanks to a couple of leaked images. The device will be sim-locked to Metro, thus no word on whether it'll eventually make its way to T-Mobile or not.
If you're unfamiliar with the device, the Galaxy Mega offers a dual-core 1.7GHz processor paired with 1.5GB or RAM, available in 8GB or 16GB internal memory, expandable to an additional 64GB with microSD, a 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, Android 4.2, and a 3200mAh battery. Of course what gives the device its name is the monstrous 6.3″ screen for all your viewing pleasures.
No news on when the device will hit stores, but sometime between the end of this month and November is my best guess.
