  1. I love the Cat Steven’s music in the commercial, straight from Harold and Maude. Great movie.

  2. Yusef, I believe is what he goes by now – but Cat Steven’s will always come to mind first!

  3. I am a hippie of the 70’s and I don’t even have a cell phone, but you have reminded me of wonderful memories of listening to Cat Stevens with all my fellow hippies. Thank you for that.

  4. This commercial is exactly like an iphone commercial.
T-mobile needs a better marketing team. Come up with something new. GOD!!!!

  5. what is the name of the cat stevens song in this commercial??

  6. Didn’t Cat Stevens sanction the murder of author Salmon Rushdie because Rushdie used some words in one of his novels that Muslims consider offensive?

  7. Good grief! Ted Shoes… NO, Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam) was and is a man of peace who was awarded the “Man of Peace” by Nobel Laureates in 2004. Please don’t spread horrible tales like that!

  8. That IS a pretty funny rumor to start since Rushdie’s still alive

  9. It’s NOT a rumor. Cat Stevens DID advocate killing Salmon Rushdie. I remember it when it happened. People were outraged

You can forgive him, but don’t deny that it happened
