Motorola has always seemed to be lagging behind with the Motorola Droid Bionic device which got off to an ill-fated product life, but things have improved a bit for owners of the device over the last few months. Verizon pushed out an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich last October. Now, Motorola has posted a short indicator on their website showing Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is expected to start rolling out during the 2nd quarter of 2013. There is no information yet on what kind of carrier specific updates may be included, but owners of the device can look forward to experiencing some of Jelly Bean's features in the near future.
