Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus to launch in the coming months

A new leak suggests Samsung could be gearing up to launch the Galaxy Pocket Plus, the follow up to the Galaxy Pocket and an incredibly budget-oriented smartphone, very soon. The report claims Samsung could release the device globally at some point in the fist half of this year. While the Pocket Plus is aimed at the lower-end and prepaid market, it will sport some pretty modest specs.

    This is seems the that Samsung is launching cheapest galaxy smartphone for budget oriented people. it’s good for those people who want to try smartphone first time and want to dump there dumbphone.

    It is definately just for calling and texting.

    I think that modern smartphones are for gaming and entertainment!
    For the moment I have Galaxy s3. And I use Mobo player to play video, and ArkMC application together with mobo player – to play video from different sources.

      I have the galaxy pocket and keep 22 full length movies on it. The screen is not as bad as you’d think. I love that the phone disappears in a pocket; barely know it’s there .I just hope the neeer specs do a better job at Netflix because that is one atea the current pocket fails. Video stutters and freezes and sound is out of sync. Crackle app won’t even begin to play, either.
