Motorola just announced the DROID RAZR M smartphone and we immediately got some hands-on time with it. As you can see, the device is incredibly compact while in hand, yet the display really pops out thanks to the enormous real-estate available on the phone’s 4.3-inch screen. Also highlighted is Motorola’s Quick Settings access function, which aims to simplify a user’s settings on the phone. The other highlight is Ice Cream Sandwich operating in smooth, buttery fashion that’s complimented with the now default Chrome Browser and Amazon apps pre-loaded. All of those features are literally crammed into a compact manner of Corning Glass and Kevlar goodness.

For those of you itching to grab one of the hottest phones of the year, it’s available for pre-order today at 5:00pm either on Verizon’s website or in Verizon stores, but in the meantime, check out our hands-on video below to get a good feel of the full-screen phone.
