Good news! A much-wanted feature has finally come to WhatsApp devices on every platform be it Android, iPhone, Web Browser, and desktop. The messaging service has announced that users can use the same WhatsApp account on multiple phones at the same time. You can now pair up your Android or iPhone with another Android or iPhone handset with the second, third, or fourth phone being known as the companion device. Best of all, it's really simple to set up multiple phones with the same WhatsApp account, and we've got all the steps for you to follow after the break.
Something to note when linking phones together is that Live Location and Add Status functions aren't supported on the companion device. You'll also need to use your primary phone at least once every 14 days or the companion phone will be logged out. It's also advised that you update the WhatsApp app to the very latest version that is available on the Play Store or App Store, depending on your device.
