We've embedded the how-to video above showing the step-by-step method of how to change the screen resolution on your Galaxy S21 and S21+ from FHD+ down to HD+ (720p), with the S21 Ultra also having the option of bumping it up to full WQHD+ resolution.

How to change the Screen Resolution

  1. Open up the Settings app on your Galaxy S21 handset
  2. Click on Display
  3. Scroll down to Screen Resolution
  4. Chose to keep FHD+ as default, switch up to WQHD+ if you have a Galaxy S21 Ultra, or move down to HD+ if you have the Galaxy S21 or S21 Plus
  5. Tap on Apply

And that's it. You'll either be saving some battery life by moving down to HD+ or using a little extra by switching up to WQHD+ in the case of the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
