HTC Rhyme officially announced for Verizon followed by Asia and Europe [Video] 3

HTC has officially announced the Rhyme. It features a 3.7-inch (800 x 480) display, 1GHz single-core processor, 768MB RAM, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, Android 2.3, and Sense 3.5.

The Rhyme is all about the accessories. They will offer the charm indicator which will light up purple so you never miss a call. You will also find a sports arm band, Bluetooth headset, and the plugless charging dock.

It was originally called the Bliss and is aimed at females, but I am not sure how “Rhyme” is better suited. It will be available on Verizon Wireless on September 29th for $199, with pre-orders beginning September 22nd, followed by Asia and Europe next month.

Update: O2 just announced they will be the only UK network to carry it starting October 17th. A bunch of videos after the break.
