Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days are here, and the one worth clearing room for is the Narwal Freo 20 (review), which is down to $849.99 from its $1,099.99 list price. Around it sit deals on Govee outdoor lighting, an Acer Chromebook, Vantrue dash cams, PNY storage and a couple of walking exoskeletons. Most of it runs October 6 and 7, and you'll need Prime to get the prices below.
Narwal Freo 20 robot vacuum
Narwal says the Freo 20 pairs 31,000 Pa of suction with a roller mop that uses heated fresh water, and that the dock washes the mop with water up to 212°F before drying it with 140°F air. In our Freo 20 review, the hot-water roller mopping and the navigation were the highlights.
- Narwal Freo 20: $849.99 (was $1,099.99) Amazon
At the full price, we'd point you to Narwal's Flow series first, such as the Flow 2. At $849.99, the Freo 20 is the better value. Be ready for a big dock and a fairly wide robot.
Govee lighting
Govee's sale leans outdoors, with its permanent lights getting the deepest cuts. The brand says discounts run up to 50 percent during the event.
- Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro (200ft): $459.99 (was $759.99) Amazon
- Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism (200ft): $654.99 (was $859.99) Amazon
- Govee Outdoor UpDown Wall Light (2-pack): $159.99 (was $229.99) Amazon
- Govee Uplighter Floor Lamp: $125.99 (was $179.99) Amazon
If you're after a living-room upgrade instead, the floor lamp is the cheapest way in, and we looked at Govee's floor lamp earlier this year.
Acer Chromebook
Acer's Chromebook Spin 314 is $100 off. Acer lists a Core i3-N305, a 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, plus Wi-Fi 6E. It flips into a tablet, which is handy for couch browsing, and it isn't a Chromebook Plus, so here is how the two differ.
- Acer Chromebook Spin 314 (Core i3-N305, 8GB, 128GB): $399.99 (was $499.99) Amazon
Vantrue dash cams
Vantrue has four dash cams discounted, from a 4K three-channel model down to a 360-degree four-channel unit. The brand highlights Sony STARVIS 2 sensors on the N4 Pro S for night recording.
- Vantrue N4 Pro S (4K, 3-channel): $299.99 (was $399.99) Amazon
- Vantrue N4S (2.7K, 3-channel): $224.99 (was $329.99) Amazon
- Vantrue S1 Pro Max (4K front, 2.5K rear): $199.99 (was $299.99) Amazon
- Vantrue N5S (2.7K, 4-channel 360-degree): $309.99 (was $429.99) Amazon
PNY storage
PNY says each of these prices is below the product's 30-day Amazon low. That makes this the section to raid if you're stocking up on memory cards or finally replacing a laggy hard drive.
- PNY CS2241 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD upgrade kit: $135.99 (was $159.99) Amazon
- PNY CS900 500GB 2.5-inch SATA SSD: $76.49 (was $109.99) Amazon
- PNY Elite-X 64GB SDXC 3-pack: $49.99 (was $59.99) Amazon
- PNY Elite-X 64GB microSDXC 3-pack: $33.99 (was $39.99) Amazon
- PNY Premier-X 64GB microSDXC 5-pack: $59.49 (was $69.99) Amazon
Exoskeletons and gaming glasses
Walking exoskeletons are creeping into sale roundups, and these are the ones discounted today. Hypershell's X Pro S and X Max S are both about 15 percent off, and Ascentiz's hip-focused H Pro is $300 off. If you want to see where Hypershell is heading next, its flagship Halo is covered here, and so is Ascentiz's modular H and K platform.
- Hypershell X Pro S: $849 (was $999) Amazon
- Hypershell X Max S: $1,269 (was $1,499) Amazon
- Ascentiz H Pro: $1,199.20 (was $1,499) Amazon
- Gunnar Fallout Vault 33 gaming glasses: $62.99 (was $99) Amazon
Gunnar says its Fallout-themed blue-light glasses are 33 percent off on Amazon and its own site from October 7 through October 22, so the rest of the Fallout lineup may follow the Vault 33 price.
Which deals are worth a look
If you only buy one thing, make it the Freo 20, because $849.99 is where Narwal's hot-water mopping starts to look like a bargain rather than a luxury. The Vantrue S1 Pro Max at $199.99 and PNY's 1TB SSD kit at $135.99 are the easy everyday wins, while the exoskeletons are for people with a specific hiking or mobility itch. Skip the Govee permanent lights unless you've already planned where the 200 feet of track is going.
These prices were live on Amazon when we checked, and Prime Big Deal Days stock can move quickly, so it'll be worth seeing how they hold up through October 7.
