OPPO has officially announced the global launch of the Find N6, its latest foldable flagship, with a clear goal in mind: eliminate one of the biggest pain points of foldables altogether. Launched at OPPO’s Binhai Bay Campus in China, the Find N6 introduces what the company calls a “Zero-Feel Crease,” alongside a slimmer design and upgraded camera hardware.

Right from the outset, OPPO is positioning this as more than just an iterative upgrade. It’s aiming to redefine what a foldable should feel like in daily use.

Design & build

OPPO continues to refine its foldable form factor, and the Find N6 builds on the brand’s ultra-slim approach. It’s described as one of the thinnest book-style foldables on the market, with ergonomics that rival traditional bar-style smartphones.

In hand, the focus is clearly on comfort. The device is designed to feel balanced and fatigue-free during extended use, which has often been a weak point for foldables in general.

The design is also more premium than ever. The symmetrical Cosmos Ring houses the rear camera system, while the titanium alloy hinge adds both durability and a high-end finish. The Blossom Orange variant goes a step further, featuring a gold-accented hinge trim made using a precise gilding process with real gold. It’s a subtle detail, but one that reinforces OPPO’s push into luxury territory.Zero-Feel Crease display

This is the headline feature, and arguably the most important one.

OPPO’s new “Zero-Feel Crease” is the result of a redesigned hinge architecture and updated display materials. According to the company, the crease is not only visually minimised but also significantly reduced to the touch, creating a smoother, more immersive experience across the inner display.

It’s a natural evolution of the Flexion Hinge introduced with the original Find N back in 2021, but this time the goal is more ambitious. OPPO isn’t just reducing the crease, it’s aiming to make it effectively disappear in everyday use.

Durability is also part of the pitch. OPPO claims the display will remain flat and smooth even after years of use, addressing long-term concerns around foldable wear.

Camera

OPPO is doubling down on imaging with the Find N6, integrating a 200MP Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Camera into the foldable form factor. That alone is a statement. Foldables have traditionally lagged behind slab flagships when it comes to camera hardware, but OPPO is clearly trying to close that gap. The inclusion of a 200MP system suggests a serious push into flagship photography territory.

If OPPO delivers on processing and tuning, this could be one of the most capable camera setups we’ve seen on a foldable.

AI Pen and productivity

The Find N6 also introduces support for the OPPO AI Pen, turning the foldable into more of a productivity-focused device. This isn’t just a basic stylus. OPPO is positioning it as an AI-powered tool that enhances note-taking, multitasking, and on-device workflows. Combined with the larger internal display, it pushes the Find N6 closer to a mobile workstation than a traditional smartphone.

It’s a logical direction for foldables, and one that plays directly to their strengths.

Colours and finish

The Find N6 will be available in two finishes:

  • Stellar Titanium, a more understated, classic option
  • Blossom Orange, a bolder variant with gold-accented hinge detailing

Both options lean into premium materials and craftsmanship, with OPPO clearly targeting users who want their foldable to feel as luxurious as it is functional.

The Find N6 feels like OPPO addressing the last major compromise of foldables head-on. The Zero-Feel Crease is the standout feature, but it’s backed up by meaningful upgrades across design, cameras, and productivity. If the real-world experience matches the promise, this could be one of the most complete foldables yet.

The only remaining question, as always with OPPO’s foldables, is whether the brand will rethink it's current strategy of not launching the Find N6 in European markets.
