OnePlus has finally made the OnePlus Pad Go 2 available for purchase in the United States after launching it in other regions first. To make the release more attractive, the brand has attached multiple incentives. The tablet is priced at $400, and you can choose a free folio case or a stylus if you purchase it before the end of the year. Hurry up. That's only days away.

The Pad Go 2 is a decent tablet worth the buy

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 comes with a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution of 2800 × 1980. It uses a 7:5 aspect ratio designed to feel more book-like for reading and writing, with slim bezels pushing the screen-to-body ratio to 88.5%.

The panel supports an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, peaks at 900 nits in high brightness mode, covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and supports Dolby Vision. Visual clarity is 284 PPI, and eye comfort features reduce blue light and flicker for long sessions.

Powering the tablet is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset built on a 4-nanometer process. It’s paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and comes in either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, depending on the variant.

The tablet runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 and is certified by TÜV SÜD for 48 months of good performance. It also carries a 10,050mAh cell, which OnePlus claims will last up to 15 hours of video playback, around 53 hours of music playback, and up to 60 days of standby.

Charging is supported via 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging, though the charger is sold separately, and the tablet also supports reverse wired charging at up to 6.5W for powering smaller devices.

There is a quad-speaker setup while the camera hardware presents an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera mainly intended for video calls and online meetings.

The tablet supports the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which is sold separately. The stylus offers 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, low latency, and features like screen-off quick notes, handwriting recognition, handwriting-to-text conversion, a handwriting calculator, and handwriting enhancement styles.

AI features are a major focus on the Pad Go 2 tablet, with built-in tools such as AI Recorder for transcription and summaries, AI Translation, AI Summary, AI Speaker for reading on-screen content aloud, and a full AI photo editing suite including eraser and unblur tools.

Google Gemini is integrated system-wide and you can launch it quickly from the lock screen, alongside Circle to Search. However, you’re locked into buying the OnePlus Pad Go 2 directly from OnePlus.

You won’t find it on Amazon or Best Buy yet, so if you planned to use gift cards from those stores, that option’s off the table for the moment.

To make that news easier to swallow, OnePlus has sweetened the deal at checkout, as aforementioned. You’ll choose a free accessory, which is either the folio case, which normally costs about $45, or the stylus, usually priced around $70.

If you want more add-ons, you can bundle extra accessories at 30% off, which helps cut down the overall cost. You can also trade in any old device and you’ll still get at least $30 in instant credit, no matter its condition.
