Oura has released a new edition of its smart health wearable, the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic. The ring introduces four colors inspired by traditional ceramic finishes and natural tones, including Cloud, Tide, Petal, and Midnight. It has kept most of the same technology as the Oura Ring 4, from offering adaptive smart sensing and over fifty tracked health metrics to five-to-eight-day battery life.
Alongside the launch, the brand is rolling out a portable USB-C charging case that stores five full charges and a new feature that allows you to switch seamlessly between multiple rings on a single account. It's starting with iOS and expanding to Android later this month.
Ring 4 Ceramic works the same but feels better
The Oura Ring 4 only debuted in 2024, so it hasn’t been on the market for very long. It offers continuous health tracking with over 50 metrics, including sleep stages, readiness scores, heart rate, activity levels, stress insights, and women’s health features like cycle prediction.

Oura is only giving it a style refresh and some new ecosystem perks. The Ring 4 Ceramic Collection is their first non-metallic lineup made from zirconia ceramic. They’ve been attuned to titanium before now and leaning on its strength to give the rings both durability and a premium look.
But the appeal to zirconia promises scratch-resistance and color-stability all the way through. It shouldn't reveal a different base metal if scuffed and should maintain its finish for longer.

Plus, it also feels warmer and more natural against the skin, even though it's about half a millimeter thicker. The original Oura Ring 4 has a thickness of about 2.88 mm. The new Ceramic version is about 3.51 mm thick. It retains its water resistance of up to 100m or 328ft, so your swimming sessions aren't affected.
Four new attractive colors and improved battery features
The Oura Ring 4 is now available in stunning Tide Cloud, Petal, and Midnight colors as aforementioned. It also comes with a first-ever charging case that's capable of storing five full charges over USB-C. Since the product typically lasts five to eight days on a single charge, this means you can go well over a month without ever plugging the ring itself into a cable.

A new multi-ring support feature has been introduced to let you swap between different Oura Rings on the same account. Perhaps the biggest addition, though, is Health Panels, a new in-app tool that integrates lab work.
You can schedule $99 blood tests through Quest Diagnostics, with the results synced directly into the Oura app, where Oura Advisor helps interpret key biomarkers alongside sleep, stress, and activity data.

Pricing for the new ceramic collection starts at $499 for each ring. They come with a free sizing kit. As usual, you still need an Oura Membership to unlock all the advanced insights, AI-powered guidance, and features in the dedicated app. The subscription price varies depending on your country. In the USA, it’s $6 per month or $70 per year before tax application.
