The OnePlus 13 was the phone that put Samsung and Google on edge with excellent performance, display tech, and battery life without the usual flagship price hike. It launched in October 2024, though it had a global launch early in January 2025.
OnePlus is now eager to put out more phones. There are already rumors about a OnePlus 13 Mini or 13T variant that will rival Google’s Pixel 9 and Samsung’s Galaxy S25 phones. More phone models are coming along with it soon, and here's all we know about them.
OnePlus 13T or Mini will shrink in size, but not in power
Popular leaker Digital Chat Station has shared specifications for the OnePlus 13 Mini on Weibo, and the timing is interesting. The OnePlus 13 just launched on January 7, yet rumors suggest a Mini version could arrive as early as April.
There's uncertainty about the phone's name as some say it could be called the OnePlus 13T instead. It's likely an alias because of the brand's usual release pattern. They've consistently launched T-series models meant to be refined versions of the main flagships in the past—for example, the OnePlus 10T 5G. A Mini phone is something entirely new.
The leaked post is missing, but several blogs have spotted the essential parts. The OnePlus 13T or Mini will be a flat-edged phone with a 6.31-inch display below the OnePlus 13’s 6.8-inch screen. It's still a reasonably large size by modern standards. The phone will also use Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The camera may feature two or three cameras, with the main one packing a 50MP lens and another 50MP telephoto sensor complementing it. The supposed third camera is an 8MP ultrawide camera. Whether we'll see it added to the phone is a question only time can answer.
But there's not much difference without it. Admittedly, you will get a wider field of view, but it won't match the image quality of the primary sensors because of the lower resolution and smaller sensor size.

Prepare for more exciting launches from OnePlus
Battery and other core specifications for the OnePlus 13 Mini remain a mystery. But the phone may run OxygenOS 15 out of the box, which is an Android 15 equivalent, instead of the ColorOS software used in China. OnePlus has historically reserved OxygenOS for international markets so that the new phone would follow the same.
Besides the compact OnePlus 13 phone, the company is also planning an October launch for the OnePlus 14, just like its predecessors. The OnePlus Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro will arrive in November, one month earlier than the Ace 5 series launched in December last year. The OnePlus Ace 5s and Ace 5V phones should be here by May with the MediaTek Dimensity 9350 processor.
Since the Ace series is mainly for the Chinese market, the models could be rebranded for global markets. Expect to see an Ace 14R in place of the Ace 6.
