Viewsonic will introduce the Viewpad 7x, a new 7-inch Honeycomb tablet, at Computex. This will be the first 7-inch tablet with Honeycomb. It will have a Tegra 2 dual-core processor and HSPA+ connectivity. It is expected to weigh in at 380 grams. Pricing information is unavailable.
For those of you that are into tablets, having a 7-inch Honeycomb is a nice option. Many people like the 7-inch form factor, but I am not sure people are more likely to leave their house with it. It is also a little concerning that the Viewpad 7x has a rather large bezel so how compact will this be?
Phones are coming out over 4 inches that you can put in your pocket. I still keep asking myself why everyone feels the need to pay a premium for a little more screen size, especially if its only for home. In my opinion, if you are going to spend the money on a tablet, you might as well go 10-inch.

Fantastic goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff previous to and you are just extremely wonderful. I really like what you have acquired here, really like what you’re stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still care for to keep it wise. I cant wait to read far more from you. This is really a terrific site.
7 inches is a good choice because 10 is too large and require a lot effort to carry, a small pouch is enough for carrying 7. In term of usability, you can hold 7 one handed.
Using Galaxy Tab for a while, it replaced my phone and up until now I dont see ‘any’ need or benefit of 10.
