Honor’s Magic 5 Pro has launched in the UK

It's been a little while since it was announced at MWC 2023 but Honor's Magic 5 Pro has finally launched in the UK, going on open sale on April 19th. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered handset packs in everything you might want from a flagship smartphone, including a price tag of just £950 (~$1,030) which is a lot more affordable than Samsung's Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Besides being powered by Qualcomm's best processor in recent history, the Magic 5 Pro also brings offers an excellent camera experience with its trio of 50MP sensors that take care of wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto photography. Honor's new Falcon Capture Algorithm enables accurate focusing and speedy response times when shooting in low-light conditions, while start-up camera speed has increased by 102% over the Magic 4 Pro.

The big 5,100mAh battery is good for multi-day usage and supports 66W wired fast charging as well as 50W wireless charging. The 6.81-inch quad-curved AMOLED display features 2K resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 1800 nits peak brightness.

The Magic 5 Pro goes on sale on April 19 for £949 but if you sign up for the early bird voucher on Honor's website (below) you can save £80 off the RRP and get the phone for just £869.
