Other than Fairphone's modular handsets, there's a dearth of user-repairable phones in 2023 but MWC 2023 saw HMD Global launch the Nokia G22 which is actually made with repairability in mind. And it's not just a removable battery we are talking about, Nokia partnered up with iFixit to make the G22 more accessible and easier for the user to repair in order to make the device last longer.

To repair or replace a part on the Nokia G22, you'll need to pick up a Fit Kit from iFixit for £5. Replacement parts such as the battery, display, and charging port will cost £23, £45, and £19 respectively, and iFixit has repair guides to help you on your mission.
While it's unfortunate that HMD Global saw fit to launch the Nokia G22 running Android 12, it will receive Android 13 and 14 updates and 3 years' worth of security patches.
In terms of hardware, the Nokia G22 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by a UniSoc octa-core processor. There's 4GB of RAM, 64/128GB of expandable storage, and a 5,050mAh battery that Nokia says is good for 3 days of usage. A 50MP sensor takes center stage with a pair of 2MP sensors pulling duty as macro and depth cameras on the rear panel while a single 8MP camera sits in a teardrop notch in the display.
There's dual SIM and Bluetooth 5.0 support, along with a USB-C charging port (20W), and there's also a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Stereo present.
Priced at £169 in the UK, the Nokia G22 is available in Lagoon Blue and Meteor Gray colorways. Unfortunately, HMD Global has no plans to release the Nokia G22 in the US at this point.
