One UI 3

As the Galaxy S20 receives yet another beta build of One UI 3.0, it seems that Samsung is postponing the addition of other models such as the Galaxy S10, Note 10, and Galaxy Z Flip and Fold 2. The electronics giant has confirmed the delay in its community forums.

The Galaxy Note 10 and 10+ had been added to the One UI 3.0 beta last week but it seems that the initial build that rolled out caused users to experience severely bad battery drain. As such, Samsung has discovered that the same battery drain issue exists in the initial One UI 3.0 build for the Galaxy S10 series, the Galaxy Z Flip, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2.

While it's disappointing for the owners of the affected handsets, it should be a limited delay as Samsung investigates the issue and implements a fix for it. It's probably a case of a week or two as opposed to months, though it's unknown if it will affect the release date of the stable One UI 3.0 firmware to those handsets. I guess time will tell.
