Samsung is testing a phone with a massive 6000mAh battery 4

A new rumor has popped up that makes it seem like Samsung is about to start batteries more seriously than anyone else on the market. The leak, which comes from Galaxy Club, shows an enormous 6000mAh battery from Samsung designed for an upcoming smartphone.

Unfortunately, that's pretty much all the concrete info about the battery that we have. Some smart guesswork seems to indicate that the battery could go into Samsung's M20S smartphone, a cheaper device aimed at millennials, but even that's not certain.

I could see a phone with a three or four day battery being aimed at a younger demographic, though.

But until another leak pops up or Samsung confirms something, it's all speculation at this point. But the battery doesn't appear to be too much bigger than a regular battery, aside from some added thickness, so maybe gigantic batteries will be the big trend in 2020.
