It's well-known that Motorola is busy prepping the Moto G7 series of mid-range handsets which it will announce in early 2019, and we've already seen a leaked render of the G7 Plus that shows the presence of a teardrop notch on its display. Today, we have news on the G7 Power variant that has been spotted at the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
Despite the lack of details, the passage through the FCC has revealed that the Moto G7 Power will sport a big 5,000mAh battery, which is an increase of 1,000mAh from the Moto G6 Play's 4,000mAh unit. One of the phone's schematics also reveals that it is 159mm tall and 76mm wide and that it has NFC connectivity (dependant on region). Other than that, little else is known about the G7 Power other than it will likely use Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 632 processor, the same chip featured in the G7 Play.
The G7 series consists of four variants; the Moto G7, the Moto G7 Power, Moto G7 Plus, and the Moto G7 Play. It's thought that the Moto G7 Series will launch in early 2019, either during CES 2019 in Las Vegas or at MWC 2019 in Barcelona.
