Google Pixel 3 leaks start back up with the Pixel 3 Lite 2

The Google Pixel 3 was easily the most leaked device in recent memory, with models getting unboxed way before the announcement date, all of the specs being details months ahead of time, and pretty much nothing being left unspoiled before Google could show it off to the world.

Now that a Google Pixel 3 Lite may be on the horizon, it's time for the leaks to spin back up, and this scaled back version of the Pixel 3 is still getting leaked like crazy. And like the regular Pixel 3, this version has also managed to end up on an unboxing video from Russia.

Seriously, Google. What are you even doing?

Anyway, the Google Pixel 3 Lite seems to sport a midrange Snapdragon 670 CPU, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and a 5.6-inch display that fits into a similar sized chassis as Apple's iPhone XR despite the smaller screen. It does appear to have the same camera software as the bigger Pixel 3, which is actually really cool, but begs the question of how much Google will expect to charge for this device. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are more expensive than ever, which may bleed over into what should otherwise be a more budget-friendly device.

We still don't know when Google plans to actually announce this device, but at the rate these leaks go, we should be able to figure it out pretty soon. Keep an ear out.
