Earlier this week a report broke that Chinese spies were eavesdropping on Donald Trump's phone calls from his personal, unsecured iPhone, which obviously carries a ton of political implications that your local Android site probably isn't qualified to evaluate.
And while that kind of accusation and potential carelessness really isn't great for anyone involved, China took it in stride.
In a statement today, Hua Chunying, the official spokesperson of China's foreign ministry, said if the US is worried about an iPhone being tapped, maybe Trump should switch to a Huawei device instead. Points for being incredibly bold.

Obviously, this comment is referencing Huawei's inability to break into the US market due to security concerns from the US government towards China and other Chinese manufacturers. Clearly there are some hard feelings over the situation, and several US agencies have warned citizens against using Huawei devices.
I wouldn't place any bets on this happening, but it'd be peak 2018 if Trump's next tweet came from a Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
