Google launched its new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones during an event on October 9th, and as you might expect, there are some cheesy promo videos showing off the new phones. Giving Google some helping hands to demonstrate the fancy new software features are Jimmy Kimmel, Guillermo, Eminem, and Gordon Ramsay and a few other celebrities.

First up is Gordon Ramsay who unboxes the Pixel 3 and uses Google Lens to identify a bunch of ingredients, including a quail and some plants. He also takes some images of food, chats to a chef about a carrot and clam dish, uses Google Assistant to set a reminder, and snapping an ultra-wide selfie with some more chefs.

Next up we have Jimmy Kimmel and Guillermo at a sports bar trying to eat some mighty tasty-looking burgers while getting accosted by people wanting selfies. Well, as you'll see, it's Guillermo who is the most popular which forces Kimmel to pull out his Pixel 3 and talk about its amazing ultra-wide angle selfie camera, and making sure that everyone knows that it is available from Verizon.

Bringing up the rear is Guillermo by himself as he traverses New York making use of Google Lens to make his way to the Jimmy Kimmel Show. On the way, he uses Lens to find out more information about landmarks, identify dogs, and flowers. You get the picture, although apparently, sometimes the Pixel 3 doesn't.
