Galaxy S9 and S9+ available to buy in Sunrise Gold from June 24

It’s around three and a half months since Samsung launched its Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphones at MWC 2018, garnering a solid reception with our very own Jared Peters said in his review that it was “arguably the most complete package on the market.” If you are looking to buy the Galaxy S9 or S9+ but aren’t keen on the Lilac Purple, Coral Blue, or Midnight Black colors, perhaps you’ll be interested to know that Samsung’s latest flagships will soon be available in Sunrise Gold.

That’s right; you’ll soon be able to buy the Galaxy S9 or S9+ in Sunrise Gold, from June 24th in fact. Something to keep in mind is that the Sunrise Gold color will only be available from Samsung’s online store and Best Buy, both online and in-store.

Justin Denison, senior vice president, Mobile Product Strategy, and Marketing at Samsung Electronics America had this to say about the new Sunrise Gold option:

“Whether you’re taking pictures at the beach, or watching movies on a long flight, your phone is essential for the summer. The Galaxy S9 and S9+ deliver the performance you want and need, and the new Sunrise Gold color gives you another option to showcase your personal style.”

What do you make of the new Sunrise Gold option? Is it the color that you’ve been waiting for Samsung to announce before buying a Galaxy S9 or S9+?
