ZTE Axon 7 gets updated to Android 7.0 Nougat 4ZTE is next up to bat to bring Nougat to some of its devices, and first on the list is the Axon 7. ZTE is touting this as the most affordable Daydream compatible phone in the US right now, which is a selling point all on its own, but there's plenty of other stuff to look forward to in this update.

The update brings things up to speed with Android 7.0 Nougat, including some great features like split-screen, better power saving measures, and new emojis. If you're more excited about extra emojis than virtual reality, don't worry. You're not alone.

If you have an Axon 7, keep an eye out for the notification to grab the update. If you have a different phone from ZTE (like the Axon 7 Mini) hopefully we'll have some news about the Nougat update for you soon.
