Motorola accidentally offers nonexistent Moto 360 option

The Moto 360 is currently offered in two different options. There is the dark metal watch case with a black leather band and the light metal watch case with a grey leather band. It turns out that Motorola has accidentally listed and sold another option that featured the light metal watch case with the black leather band. That option does not actually exist. Regardless of what was listed, the shipment will turn out to be the dark/black option.

Motorola has sent out emails apologizing to customers and is offering the following solutions:

1. If you'd like to receive a Moto 360 with a dark metal watch case and black leather band, do nothing – we'll automatically send it on or before the delivery time we estimated.
2. Receive a Moto 360 with a light metal watch case and gray leather band (shown in the right thumbnail in the online product page). Simply call us at 800-734-5870 (select SALES) within 14 days to make arrangements. We will process a return for your current watch and help you order the new color. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for htis version and note that quantities are limtied.
3. If you'd prefer to return it, just call us at 800-734-5870 (select SALES) within 14 days to have your account credited and receive return instructions. (Don't worry, we'll pay for shipping.)

This all reveals that the light metal watch case and grey leather band are in high demand while the other option is not. In fact, the other option is available in such a way that it can actually wind up shipping early.
