This Spring, Samsung launched Milk Music for their phones and soon added the feature to their tablets to replace Music Hub. Although the radio app was released free, it was hinted that it would not be for long. A new update to Milk has added a premium, add-free option for $3.99/month, which puts it $1 below Pandora's new pricing.

In order to purchase the premium subscription, you'll need a Samsung account and input credit card details, meaning the subscription won't go through the Google Play Store. After purchasing the upgrade, you gain access to offline stations, unlimited song skips, toggling DJ commentary, and Sleep Timer functions.

Samsung reached out to us with the following statement…..

“With over 3M downloads, we're always looking at ways to enhance Milk Music with new features and exclusive content that make music discovery and personalized listening an enriching experience for our consumers. On July 30th, we will be introducing offline listening and unlimited song skips as part of our Milk Music premium subscription offering.”
