The Sony Xperia Z1 f (SO-02F) is a “mini” version of the Xperia Z1, but this is no regular mini. Traditionally, mini versions have horrible specs, but the Xperia Z1 f provides top notch specs for those that want a smaller smartphone. The only glaring complaint anyone could have with the phone is the resolution is 720p, but seriously folks, it's a 4.3-inch display, it's more than enough. The rest of the specs include a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 20.7MP rear camera, 1.8MP front-facing camera, 2,300mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0, waterproof IPX5 / 8 grade (under consideration), and Android 4.2.2.
For a mini, it's also well built with its metal frame. The Z1 f weights 30 grams less than the Z1, but is a little thicker, at 9.4mm. It will be offered in Black, White, Pink, and Lime.
We can only hope that Sony will offer the Xperia Z1 f in other areas, but for now, it will only be available on NTT DoCoMo in Japan. Hit the break for a promo video.

Sony on the top this year
Any resolution is good enough for a phone as long as the pixel density is over 300, unless some people have some sort of super vision.
