Specs HTC One Max

HTC is hoping that the One Max is the phone that saves their sinking ship of a company, and they're packing the device with some great internals in hope that consumers will come to them for their next phone.

An editor at Nowherelse.fr, Steve Hemmerstoffer, tweeted out a specs sheet for the phone which show that it will ship with Android 4.3, Sense 5.5, a 5.9-inch, 1080 x 1920 (FHD) display, a quad-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, 2GB RAM, NFC capabilities, and a microSD slot that will hold up to 32GB of information. The battery should be very powerful, at 3200mAh.

The deal for Beats Audio to purchase its remaining shares back from HTC hasn't been completed yet, so the phone will also include Beats speakers. Something new, though, is the fingerprint scanner added on the back of the device. The Wall Street Journal reported that the phablet will be unveiled to the public on October 15th.

This will surely be a competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, LG G2, the upcoming Nokia Lumia 1520 and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, so it will be interesting to see how its sales figures pan out after some disappointing numbers all around for the company in recent months.
