You may have thought it was only natural that one would play an Angry Birds Star Wars character on the light side of the Force. Rovio shows us in their latest title that it was not always that way though, as Angry Birds Star Wars II follows along with the events from the prequel movies and gives players the opportunity to feel the power of the Pork Side. That's right, players can now select characters like Darth Maul, Darth Vader, General Grievous, or Emperor Palpatine as they battle to become a Sith Master.
No matter which side of the Force you choose to pursue, the new title holds several improvements for players. In addition to the 30+ characters you can choose from, characters can be swapped while you play, even while in the slingshot. The title also supports Telepods figurines, available at local retailers, that can be teleported into the game by placing them on your mobile device. Speaking of mobile devices, the new title supports both tablets and smartphones.
Angry Birds Star Wars II requires Android 2.3 or higher and you can get it now from Google Play for 99 cents.
