Samsung pulls the Galaxy Tab 10.1 update 5

In the “no shocker” news for today, Samsung has pulled the Galaxy Tab 10.1 update that started to roll yesterday. As we reported, the update had some issues, but not playing nicely with WiFi was just a little too much. Here's the statement:

“Samsung is aware of an issue that some Galaxy Tab 10.1 customers have experienced with today’s software update. We are working on a resolution and will provide more information shortly. In the interim we have chosen to discontinue availability of the update.”

Samsung has been better with updates as of late, so lets hope this gets resolved soon.
