Logitech Revue Packaging Gets Android 3.1 Sticker 4

When I first saw the picture above I got really pissed, my Revue has been sitting under my TV just waiting for some official Android love to no avail. It wasn't until I did some further research did I find out that the box pictured above is not loaded with Android 3.1 and shouldn't hit store shelves until the Android 3.1 update actually rolls out.

This photo has caused quite a stir and subsequently resulted in a official response from Logitech:

Since the official release of the Google TV SDK, and more recently this little debacle, you can bet we will see Google TV 2.0 pretty damn soon. I don't know about you, but I really want Honeycomb and the Android market on the big screen, all from the comfort of my La-Z-Boy!
