Google Music Store Screen Shots Surface, Will Offer Free Song Of The Day And More 4

We could be one step closer to seeing the unveiling of Google's long awaited music service on Nov 16th, thanks to an author at TecnoDroidVe who recently uncovered some promising screen shots (after the break). And after catching that Google Music landing page last month, it's only a matter of time until the masses can begin enjoying things like Song Of The Day, recommended artists and more. Based on the screen shots, the app still appears to be a work in progress but nevertheless, promising. The author somehow managed to view the store on his HTC Inspire 4G, which is unclear as to how at the moment. And though the music store isn't fully functional (can't download songs yet) the UI looks extremely streamlined. So, here's to hoping that Google puts the final touches on this service and hand delivers it on the 16th when we'll all be watching live. The service will most likely be going head to head with Amazon's MP3 app store and Cloud Player. Any thoughts?

Joe was born in New Jersey and spent most of his childhood moving around from state to state. He eventually made his way to Pennsylvania where he met his Portuguese beauty and made her his wife. He now has three great kids and full access to all of the Portuguese food he can eat. When the "smartphone" revolution began and integrating cell phones and PDA's was the norm, he quickly jumped to Windows Mobile for several years until the first Android device was launched, the T-Mobile G1. Joe began appreciating all of the free utilities Google provided and sold his soul (his precious data) to Google long before they got into the mobile OS business. So, there was no hesitation at all for him to jump on board and ride the Android train as an early adopter. And boy has it been a blast. Joe now works in the Engineering & Operations dept for a major mobile carrier where he remotely troubleshoots cell sites and loves being an Editor for TalkAndroid.
