The OnePlus 5T Star Wars themed handset is headed to Finland, Sweden, and Denmark

With The Last Jedi coming to the big screen on December 15th, smartphone brands are attempting to jump on the bandwagon with themed handsets. OnePlus revealed that it would, erm, reveal the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition in India on December 14th that would only be available in the sub-continent. Or so it was thought. Instead, it seems the Star Wars themed OnePlus 5T is also headed to Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.

According to the OnePlus forum, the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition will launch in Finland in conjunction with the country’s première of the The Last Jedi on December 13, along with a pop-up store. It’s unknown whether there are special events planned for the other two Nordic countries.

Just to recap, the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition handset features a deep black front and a white rear panel that has the Star Wars logo printed in red. It has a red Alert slider, black volume buttons, as well as a First Order Stormtrooper wallpaper.

Will OnePlus bring the Limited Edition OnePlus 5T to other countries? Who knows. If you really want to get your hands on the Star Wars themed phone in your country, you may have to make some noise on the relevant OnePlus social media accounts for your region. Even if the limited edition isn’t brought to your country, it should be easier to import one from one of the Nordic countries than it would be to do so from India.
