T-Mobile announced today that it has extended its summer offer, giving customers free high-speed roaming and calling in South America and Europe. Starting October 1, T-Mobile customers will be able to take advantage of this offer until the end of 2016.
The Uncarrier originally started this promotion for its customers to celebrate summer and the Olympic Games in Brazil this year. It gave customers traveling in Europe and Brazil free high-speed roaming up to 4G LTE speeds at no additional cost to them. But now, T-Mobile is extending this promotion until the end of 2016.
With that in mind, customers traveling through South America and nineteen countries in Europe will be able to take advantage of this next big offering from T-Mobile.
In Europe, you'll be able to enjoy 4G LTE roaming in Armenia, Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
In South America, you can enjoy the high data speeds in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Easter Island, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The promotion lasts through December 31, 2016, relieving customers of the stress of coming home to a potentially few thousand dollar bill in international roaming fees.

To celebrate summer and the Rio Games, T-Mobile gave postpaid customers free high-speed data throughout Europe this summer and in Brazil during the games and Paralympics. And Un-carrier customers made the most of it, using over 3x more data this July and August than they did last year. Now, T-Mobile is keeping the summer travel season alive by extending free unlimited high-speed data through the end of the year in all of South America and 19 countries in Europe.
