AT&T to offer Kindle Fire HDX 7″ for just $49.99 with every Fire Phone purchase

Starting tomorrow, October 24 until November 20, AT&T customers will be able to pick up the latest Kindle Fire HDX 7” tablet for just $49.99 when purchasing an Amazon Fire Phone. However, if you're perfectly happy with your current smartphone, you could always grab the slate independently for $10 per month with zero down and a two year contract.

According to AT&T representative, Alina Laksberg “Kindle Fire HDX 7” is the ideal tech companion if you’re looking to enjoy some rest and relaxation with a movie, TV show, book, play some of your favorite games or browse the web. In addition, purchase of the Fire Phone includes one year of Prime, which allows you to access tens of thousands of movies and TV shows at no additional cost with Prime Instant Video or enjoy over a million ad-free songs and playlists with Prime Music.”

With regards to its internals, the HDX is a very capable tablet packing a 7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, an Adreno 330 GPU  and a 1.3-megapixel rear-facing camera, along with support for Amazon Kindle FreeTime, Mayday and Second Screen.
