Although ZTE is not a well recognized name in the U.S. market, they still took the opportunity to show up at CES 2013 to reveal their new high end smartphone, the ZTE Grand S. The device sports a 5-inch 1080p display, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro cpu, 2GB of RAM, and 13MP camera. Squeezing all of this into a 6.9mm thin device makes this the world’s thinnest 5-inch smartphone for now. ZTE indicates the device will be available in China in the first quarter of 2013. Unfortunately, no word on whether the device will surface in other markets, including the U.S. Hit the break to check out our hands on video with the ZTE Grand S.
