Do you think that carrying around a clunky digital camera is cumbersome? Is your 8 mega-pixel camera on your smartphone not convenient enough? Well, this little piece of gadgetry may just be for you. Enter the Kickstarter Memoto clip-on camera. This little guy clips onto your clothes and automatically begins taking pictures at a clip of 2 per minute. Once the battery dies out (after two days), you can then plug the camera into your PC via USB cable and it'll automatically upload the pictures to the cloud, provided you have a subscription service with Memoto.
Let's be honest here; out of the thousands of pictures it'll take over two days' time, how many will truly come out keep-worthy? I realize it's all about volume here, but I'm thinking if I want to take a picture of something I'll just break out my phone, the “old-fashioned” way. However, those that want to give it a shot can also couple the device with the Android app in order to organize and share the pictures, and even piece the pictures together to make a time-lapse video of your little adventures.
The Memoto camera will set you back $249. This will no doubt appeal to some, but you can count me out. The idea itself didn't appeal too much to me (I see blurry pictures in your future) and the price tag doesn't help. What do you think? Will you be ordering one?

Too expensive, and I’m with you — the pics will have to be blurry if you’re wearing it while walking/running. That money would be better spent on an already available, motion-activated game tracking camera like hunters use.
for that price, I’ll get a new tablet
