Images of Toshiba’s forthcoming Android tablet were leaked today by Notebook Italia. The tablet, which is rumored to be dubbed the SmartPad (terribly unoriginal don’t you think), was reported earlier to be releasing in September or October. The SmartPad will have an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, a 10-inch touchscreen, stereo speakers, and a front-facing webcam. Also featuring a number of outputs this device has an HDMI port, USB and mini-USB ports, a card reader for memory expansion, standard 3.5 mm audio jack, and some sort of connection for a docking station. Unfortunately there is no word on what version of the Android OS this will be shipped with yet.
