
Samsung's refusal to organize the app drawer alphabetically has been a thing since at least the Galaxy S2 where users needed to download a third-party app in order to switch from the default ‘custom' order. Thankfully, there is an option to do so on your Galaxy S21 (reviewed here) but you have to do it manually, but don't worry, it's quick and easy to do and we show you how to switch to an alphabetized app drawer after the break.

Open the App Drawer by swiping up on the home screen or pressing the Apps button

The final step is to tap on Alphabetical, after which the App Drawer will organize itself in alphabetical order.

My S21 does not have the “sort” option, just “settings” and “contact us”.
